Return & Refund Policy – Car Best America, Corp.

1. General Policy

Most new, unused items sold by Car Best America, Corp. can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit.

Only items purchased directly from Car Best America, Corp. are eligible for return. Products purchased through third-party sellers must be returned in accordance with their own return and refund policies.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, inserts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of installation, misuse, or damage.

All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in resalable condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund or store credit has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or
  • Store credit will be issued as agreed during your return request.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund or store credit to be applied after approval.

6. Warranty

Any applicable warranties will be honored at our sole discretion and may require product inspection and/or additional documentation. Warranty coverage may vary by product.
